Refund and Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only for products that are:
- Damaged during transit
- Incorrectly supplied
- Defective upon delivery
Return Request Period
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Approval
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Bharat Engineering Works.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom-manufactured products
- OEM products made to customer specifications
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval.
Replacement Option
Where applicable, we may provide a replacement product instead of a refund.
